Optional text-message preferences
This notice covers the optional SMS preference form. When you choose to enroll, the form requests your mobile number, separate customer-service and promotional choices, and date of birth to check that you are at least 21. The consent record contains your mobile number, choices, the wording you agreed to, signup page, time, and age-eligibility result. It does not contain your full date of birth.
How SMS information is used
SMS preference information is used to honor your selected message purposes, maintain consent evidence, handle requests, and protect the program from misuse. Neither choice is required to make a purchase, contact the venue, or book.
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only to operate or protect this program, not for their own marketing.
Service providers
The SMS preference service uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for consent-record storage, and Cloudflare for security verification. These providers process information to provide those services. If text messaging is activated, Bird and communications carriers process the information needed to deliver messages.
Security and retention
Access to SMS preference records is limited to authorized operational use. Security checks may process network information to help prevent abuse. We retain consent information only as long as needed to document consent, handle requests, and comply with legal obligations. Contact us to ask about access or deletion of your information.
Booking and external services
Online booking may take place on a separate reservation provider's website. Information supplied there is subject to that provider's notices. Booking elsewhere does not automatically enroll you in this venue's text program.
